Unauthorised bank charges

I would like to log a formal complaint my account was upgrade without my knowledge I was paying R6.50 and all of a sudden I am now charged R69.00 I went through my bank statement it shows that this has been happening for the past 2 years since 2022 in October please do check and I would like to be reimbursed for all the charges that went through.
