Unauthorised Account Upgrade and Unjustified Charges by FNB
Unauthorized upgrades, invalid charges, poor service — extremely dissatisfied with FNB, The service from the Complaints Specialist was not good enough, and I’m now considering closing all my FNB accounts, I laid a complaint with their super service team complete waste of my time.
