Unauthorised account re-activation

I had a Discovery Card which was managed by FNB which I cancelled a year ago. In October a transaction went through on the card even though the account was closed and the card was re-activated - except that the account is still closed and I can't settle the account while the interest keeps mounting. Absolutely shocking service and nobody can resolve the situation!
