UNAUTHORIED MANDATE BY FNB

I just saw my Credit Score reflecting FNB EDG Multi Product as an enquiry from FNB. I never app**** for a loan or any products from FNB and do not know what this is. Please close this under my name, it is a false accusation and ******* and affecting my credit score and e Experian refuses to take it down they said they will do an investigation.
