Unauthoirized debit order

i took up a loan with fnb and lost my job therefore was unable to pay it back, and my account was handed in to lawyers. The arrangements was made to pay the lawyers. I have been in contact with the call centre agents from the laywers and had spoken to over 10 people already but clealry it seems as if they dnt even know what they are doing. Now FNB have been debiting my account which not authorized by myself and that means they are *****ing from my acount becuase I never gave consent for them to do so. My account is no longer with them and handed me to their lawyers. I sent an email to Leandre from Anders attorney to debit my account as agreed. I want fnb to refund all those debit orders and I am really disappointed withem and I am closing my account with them because this is such an inconvenience on my side.
