Unautherized Deductions

FNB has handed us over for a credit card that wasnt paid when we were under Debt Review ( I must add that we paid every cent due to Debt Review company) FNB then started taking unauthorized payments of R4450 from our bank account, we contacted the lawyers that they used and got a final and full settlement figure from them which we paid, they confirmed with a letter and assured us that the account is now settled and closed. This month FNB deducted R950 from our bank account which is not acceptable!!!!
