Unattended Complaint on a wrongful debit

Disgusting lot. Dealing with FNB is an absolute nightmare. They debited my money wrongfully, and I made a complaint that was unattended. I had to complain on this here platform to get their attention. They gave me a ref number and I have not heard from them since. This was more than 2 weeks ago. No money, no response, no recourse just empty promises, useless ref numbers and fruitless escalations.
