Unattended ***** case

This is the second time I'm writing this about my unattended ***** case that has been happening since 7th of August 2026 when I was ****** in Fourways mall and rushed to fnb Fourways mall to make an urgent block on my *** and all my virtual cards and also my device blacklisted in which I was told by the banker in witness of Violet a worker at fnb Fourways branch after which the banker told me no loss had occurred on the *** as at the time I came in and all my funds were intact less than 48 hours later all my funds was gone with no explanation whatsoever from fnb team as regards how funds was able to leave a frozen ***, blocked virtual cards and a blacklisted device I've gone to the police station gotten an affidavit and sent to the ***** department yet no response I beg for my issue to be urgently looked into I have to get my funds that I entrusted into the hands of fnb my money should be safe with the company I bank with Please kindly help escalate this issue thank you
