Unathorised UberEats Debits

In April 2025 I had UberEats debits transactions which I have no knowledge of from my FNB account, I have reported the incident to both FNB and UberEats, none of these want to be accountable for this incident. UberEats confirmed the transaction was done from a different account but refused to share the details of the perpetrator. FNB on the other hand opened a ***** case which till today I have no feedback of. I have provided millions of documents which they requested but till to date I have no feedback. Last week after I complained I received an email requsting same documents that I provided about 2 months ago.
