Unathorised Transaction

NO RESPONSE! I reported an incident to the FNB call centre, Ref. No. 2*** On the 8th of March for an unauthorised transaction was made on my account of R1710.00. I followed up after 7 days and I was told it takes 14 days for the investigation. I phoned the call centre even now and still no resolution.
