Unathorised Debit Orders
I stopped unathorised debit orders ranging from R30 to R59 going off my account. Went to mall of the south branch and was told all will be rectified and this ********** debits will be stopped and imvestigated. Nothing has been done to date and the debits go off monthly still. This is very unproffesional from an insitution i have been loyal to for over two decades. I have stopped using this account and will move somewhere else cause i really cannot deal with this. LIVID
