Unathorised debit order not from ****mers.....from FNB

So i was on a long queue at a pharmacy to buy meds for my so, i get to the tills they scan my things and the card declines. I check my balance and realize that money has been ****** from my account. I panic and check my transactions and the ***** is other than my bank FNB. I leave the pharmacy without the meds because my bank just decided to take my last money.

I have a debit order that runs on the 25th of each money and FNB decided to debit my account today. I phoned and i was told the money cannot be reversed.

A big innovative bank like yourself does not have checks/valdations in place to verify if a client had been paid before the 25. Do you really think its a good idea to take people last money just because the 25th its on a weekend?

its like you have a check that says ïf balance > 0 then ***** the money, You can put soe logic to determine if a salary has been paid and then you can take your money, if thats too difficulf for you just do what others are doing and take it after the 25th.

And can i have my money back, i need to buy medication for my child and tomorrow i need to buy petrol. That is my money you took, the one you are supposed to take will be in my account on the 25th.

what you are doing is totally wrong and immoral , please fix your systems and i want my money back.
