Unathorised Debit Order - 2 weeks no progress!

Good day

On 2 Feb I logged a debit and credit card ***** complaint due to an unauthorised amount coming off my account.

They sent me a form which I completed and returned. I was shocked to hear this would take 7- 10 days to resolve.

I then received correspondence that this was not resolved and was moved to debit orders dusputes.

I received a mail on the 9th to say they require communication with the vendor.

I forwarded this at 09 Feb at 09h09am.

I then started following up by email re receipt and where in the process this was.

I phoned today

First the couldnt find the communication, then they could, then the form I fiilled in (sent by FNB) was not the right form I needed another one, then next person said I didnt need another form.

I have emailed 14 days in a row for feedback and get absolutely nothing.

This is my money deducted without my premission and its 16 days later and I am still being sent back and forth.

Please can anyone at FNB do anything about this - from my experience I doubt it but Im still hoping that someone will take the responsibility to get this resolved.

FNB contacted me to advise me an escalation had been logged.

That was the only correspondence from FNB yesterday.

No one ontacted me re this issue

This morning this issue still remains unresolved!

Thank you for escalating but I need something to happen - not just a reference number!

Was told no escalation was logged and none of the documents sent on the 9th nor to hasah.bera yesterday were visible on the system nor any of this hello peter correspondence. So this morning I have

No documentation

No escalations

No progress

FNB how is it my problem that you have no dicumentation management.

so today is 20 days. Nothing came of the 1st escalation not even a call.

Kielan spoke to me and escalated on Friday . Today I called her .....she never got back to me...escalatede again apparently.

FNB why do I have to be messed around for 20 days to get MY MONEY BACK! REVERSE THE TRANSACTION AS REQUESTED 2FEB!

It looks like I need to start spreading this shocking service on social media!!!@!

After getting no feedback from Kielan after nuerous calls since Friday I asked to speak to her team leader Shafick. After being kept on hold for 30 minutes I was told that Shafick is busy. The first l;ady I spoke to said there was no feedback. After waiting 30 minutes for Shafick I was told that after waiting 21 days and after 3 escalations I nnow need to wait for another month - till 21 March to have these funds returned.

FNB your customer service is shocking...no response to emails - no feedback - continual hold and no information - your 7-10 days became 20 days and is now becoming 50 days....well done....I glad you think this is customer service!
