unathorised debit order

My account was debited for the amount of R299.00.<br> <br> This was done by a company called Digicash. There have been a number of Digicash complaints with the majority being FNB customers. Has certain FNB account numbers been compromised?<br> <br> This is not the first time a *** Naedo collection has been taken off my account.<br> <br> As a customer I would like exercise my absolute right to demand the money back unless the bank can produce a valid mandate.<br> <br> I really wish a more permanent solution could be put in place to prevent these incorrect(***) Naedo collections from happening in the first place
