Unappy FNB customer-frozen account

I have opened an account with FNB few weeks ago and everything seemed to be going well. I received an SMS a couple of days ago asking me to submit a Sars CRS form that was supposed to be sent to me via email. I never got the form and I emailed FNB but no response. Last Friday, I received an SMS warning me that my account was gona be frozen in 48 hours if I didn't submit the form. I left work quickly and drove to FNB branch by Main Ave Ferndale. The manager was so helpful and she organised a form for me that I submitted with the help of a consultant there. To my surprise, I get an SMS today around 3pm saying that my account is frozen. I called the number on the sms and I got through. The lady on the line confirmed that my form was received and she even confirmed all the details she needed (passport number, tax number...). She told me that my account was active. As I am stopping buy a garage to refill my car, my car is FROZEN. I am speechless and so disappointed. Can someone from FNB contact me ASAP before I close this account. It's just unacceptable. My number is ********** 113. Name: Alain
