Unapproved premium increase

FNB decides to move my monthly fee from R219 to R399 without my approval. You said the black card is a trial, i didn't see any value in upgrading to a black card and increase my monthly premium unnecessarily.

Please reverse the balance of my monthly fees, i need my money and reactivate my silver card.
