Unapproved deductions of monthly fees

Last month i submitted a query to FNB regarding them deducting R399 monthly fees from my account without my approval, and i asked them to refund my money and activate my silver cheque account, they did not bother to do any of that, i called was made to hold for almost 1 hour without any help, this month they deducted R399 AGAIN.

PLEASE DO MY A FAVOUR CLOSE THIS STUPID ACCOUNT, REFUND MY MONTHLY FOR THE 2 MONTHS, I WILL FIND A BANK THAT IS WILLING TO LISTEN TO ITS CLIENTS.
