Unallocated deposit

Hi,<br> I deposited R5000 to Arwyp Training Institute (PTY) Ltd a nursing institute in Kempton park(account nbr: ***) for my sister's school fees in May last year at FNB Main str JHB, at that stage they had not allocated a reference nbr for her. I either used my phone number *** or her name AM Mosikidi as reference. Later in Nov/Dec the school said they will only allocate the payment if we give them the receipt. I have been to FNB Main street in JHB numerous times since then to no avail. Last month the lady branch manager took my details and the query details and promised to come back. We have paid around R30k since then using the correct reference \Mamokete Pan15-01-39\" but the school refuses to credit the R5000 even if they can see an allocated amount of R5000 on their system. They have subsequently dismissed her last Friday as we do not have the R5000 to replace the unallocated. The Main street manager has never come back to me and I'm surprised that they cannot query the transaction as I worked as an IT Architect for ABSA and Standard bank before and such a query is easy to make for an innovative and high tech bank like FNB.
