I app**** for laptop \Dell: Inspiron 5559 i7\" via FNB Connect on 2nd March for 629 P/M haven't heard anything back from them for a week. called them to find out the status, I was told that I don't qualify for it without any further explanation. <br> <br> Today just after 20 days I get call from their FNB call center saying I'm fully qualified for the same laptop at an increased price of 759 P/M. <br> <br> I'm quite shocked to receive this kind of service from FNB, FNB says they worlds most innovative bank which they are in how to rob their customers.<br> <br> I'm really considering going back to my previous bank, think I made a mistake buying into their constant promotions on how good they are."
