UNACCOUNTABLE *********** INSTITUTION DELIVERING CARDS TO DECEASED ACCOUNT HOLDERS

Unbelievable. Having advised the deceased estates department months ago (several times) in writing and in person, that my Father passed away in June, his cheque account REMAINS open and on Friday I was called by a courier company to accept delivery of his NEW CORPORATE CARD. He is deceased!!!!! How can a bank issue cards for deceased members? The ***** possibilities are endless. I have tried calling twice and both times the operators hang up presumably so they do not have to deal with the complaint. I have sent a message via your facebook page and I have sent a complaint via online banking but have received no responses. I have emailed deceased estates several times and have yet to receive any answer or reply. This morning I have emailed again and tagged credit card division, estates division and my local business banker. This service is BEYOND SHOCKING. Having banked with yourselves for 3 decades and running several accounts, I can truly say that in the last 18 months you have become unaccountable and ***********. I am quite truly at my wits end.
