Unacceptable service from FNB

I wish to place on record the disgraceful service received from FNB. They reversed a debit order without my permission and then expected me to rectify the matter and make the payment to the company. They just totally left me to resolve the issue with no assistance although it was all their fault in reversing a debit order without my permission. Totally unacceptable disgusting service from FNB.
