Unacceptable Service from FNB & CCD Couriers

Since 15 April 2025 I have been trying to get assistance from FNB after my Telkom email account was hacked, closed and subsequently deleted. When I contacted FNB to dispute the Netflix payment debited to my account I was advised that FNB CANNOT assist and that I need to CANCEL MY DEBIT ACCOUNT CARD in order to prevent any further money being debited to my account and HAVE TO PAY for the REPLACEMENT card.

FNB cancelled my card and TO DATE I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY OF MY REPLACEMENT CARD.

I contacted FNB regarding the matter TWICE on 25 APRIL. I am totally disgusted with the level of service I have received via the Secure chat with both Modise @ 08h47 and Bongumusa @ 12h03 regarding the delivery of my Debit card {after I was ASSURED by the FIRST AGENT that I would be contacted & after 3 HOURS of NO CONTACT I then contacted the SECOND AGENT and STILL no RESPONSE} as well as CCD Couriers and need URGENT and IMMEDIATE ACTION. This is UNACCEPTABLE from ALL AGENTS involved!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have also LOGGED AN ONLINE COMPLAINT with FNB that evening and STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED my card, of which the delivery SHOULD HAVE BEEN between 3 - 5 Business days. TODAY is ACTUALLY the NINTH DAY, almost DOUBLE the time even with the EXCLUSION of all the public holidays and TOMORROW is ONCE AGAIN ANOTHER PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE form FNB as well as CCD Couriers.
