Unacceptable service from FNB

4 weeks ago I was left with a zero balance and declined payments on my credit card due to a FICA glitch. Initially I was impresses with FNB, as I recieved an apology and a Checkers R100 voucher that would expire on 31/01/2021 on my FNB app. Today I went to Checkers to use my voucher, but to my surprise the voucher no longer appears on my FNB app messenger. I phoned FNB and spoke to a consultant called Melissa, who told me to hold, I used up all my airtime as I was holding for longer than 20 minutes.
