Unacceptable service from FNB

I have made numerous calls to FNB, and the problem is still not resolved. I get transferred from pillar to post, get cut off all the time. I have been a client of FNB for many years but if this is the service delivery that I get as a premier account holder maybe it's time to look for another bank. ReferenceRb*** My credit card which expired gave me the option to draw at the ATM from either my cheque account or credit card account. My new credit card does not give me that option. Mr Seqhaotsa told me he linked me cheque account to the credit card. I was at the ATM and I still do not have the option to draw from my cheque account.
