Unacceptable service from FNB

<p>Good Day,</p> <p>I withdrew money on the 15 Jul 2016 at 15h14 at ATM Cash Easy Plan Jabulani, I went through the withdrawal process but the cash did not come out, the money icon on the screen was greyed out while the card and slip icons were highlighted. I got the card and the ATM slip out, the slip with the new balance less the ZAR3000.00. I reported the incident the same day at the FNB Branch in Jabulani. Filled in a cheque & debit card dispute form, which the bank assistant said she will send it to you and the process will take 5 - 7 working days to get back to me.</p> <p>The same thing happened on the 24 Jul 2016 at 13h06 at ATM Cash Easy Plan Jabulani on the left hand side (same place as on the 15Jul16) withdrawing ZAR150.00, did not report the incident.</p> <p> </p> <p>Spoke to consultants on the 29July16 who advised to check on the 01Aug16, sent the ATM slips as proof and got 2 references. I called on monday 04Aug16 and was advised to check on the 10Aug16 and to check my balance, but still nothing and I have the 3rd reference now. This is a lot of money that I have plans for. This has been going on for a long time it is now going for 4 weeks. </p>
