Unacceptable service fee

Had a dispute on my account for a debit order amount almost to 10k from MFC that was not approved as I do not have an account with MFC,called FNB to stop and reverse and I was told that a service fee of R65 will be charged,my question is how does one get to be charged for someone that accessed your account without your approval(potential *****).And I am private client account holder,the monthly fees don't they cover such.
