Unacceptable service
I submitted a refund form as requested last Saturday and still have not had feedback from anyone even though the SLA was 2 business days. Honestly, this is unacceptable service.

06 Sept 2022, 16:33What a USELESS bank!! This issue still hasn’t been resolved and I keep being sent from pillar to post! The card dispute team says they can’t help me because I purchased online and they only deal with card payment dispute yet my online payment was made using my debit card. What a pathetic bank, with pathetic service!
