Unacceptable Service

Policy Number Fl04GZ77 I have had a assurance policy/ funeral/ Life cover with FNB for a number of years. In Late July I informed them that I have changed banking to Capitec. They forwarded me a change notification that this was in fact done. To date, this is not the case, on the life policy but only the funeral cover. I have had numerous correspondence from October, November, December as well as a telephone conversation in December informing them that the changes as requested was not done. I find this despicable as should something have happened to me in time period , they have put my family at risk, as any claims would be repudiated!
