unacceptable service

I got an sms yesterday saying my account will be blocked because I did not have all documents. I called them immediately yesterday and they said the sms was sent out erroneously and my documents were in order. Today I tried to use my card only to find out it has been blocked. I went to see my manager at carswald who called head office who did not try to help at all. No previous sizes was sent to warn me. No apologies from fnb.
