UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!!!!!

So disappointed in the service I've just received from FNB consultant Tracy-lee on the secure chat service, the lady was so dismissive to my questions, i needed clarity and i clearly was not important to attend to because she just transferred me without even asking if i was satisfied, she just transferred me mid conversation. and she transferred me to a department that had to transfer me back to her again, I'm so ANGRY!!!!! I like FNB But this is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!
