Unacceptable Service

Repeatedly have to ask for my home loan statements and settlement quote- nothing received Am told to access via the app however the app does not allow logins unless you have a bank account. Pathetic - this needs to be received before 12h00 tomorrow or I will refer to the Ombudsman
