Unacceptable service...

I am dissatisfied by the service I have been receiving from FNB. I called the platinum cheque account line regarding a double billing that had occurred on my account... The lady I spoke to was not helpful at all and my issue was not resolved. I did a satisfactory survey after that and a lady called me the next day and promised that my issue will be resolved however they assigned my case to the very same *********** person who was supposed to send me forms so that the funds can be reversed and she never did. No one bothered to give me feedback even after I had lodged a complaint . I've now had to drive 3Km to a branch to have the form completed even though there is so much technology at my disposal...<br>
