Unacceptable service.
FNB has just charged me R70 for stopping a debit order for R97 which I have never authorised.
Is this part of TCF?
FNB allows unknown debit orders to go through my account, this is not the first time this happens, then I am left with having to make means to notify the bank then I get charged for it also.
I have spent my airtime calling FNB to notify of this foreign debit order, which cost me airtime of about R50. Then after FNB stops the debit order I then get charged for it as if it's my fault.
Is this how clients get treated?
On the 1St FNB will still take their bank charges after treating me unfairly and taking money they shouldn't be taking.
Please put proper security measures to prevent this in future as this is unacceptable service.
