Unacceptable service

On the first of September, I called in to report a lost/****** credit card. I was then told that I would receive a replacement card within 3-5 working days. The 8th of September came (a week later), and I still had not received my card. I phoned the FNB call centre, where I was transferred a numerous number of times to their couriers. Speaking to the consultants is no walk in the park either. Every consultant that I have dealt with is either rude, unempathetic, has no sense of urgency or is a combination of all three. The tone and manner in which the consultants speak to clients is actually shocking. If dealing with FNB was not torture, their courier service was worse. Between the horrid service and dropped calls, they too could not assist me, and just wanted to transfer me to back FNB. When I eventually got through to the delivery call centre, I was once again welcomed by rude consultants with a lack of urgency. Every timeI called in to their call centre, I was told the card would take another 3 to 5 working days. This after I asked that they put down my delivery as important, in fact when I asked a consultant if a manager would be able to assist with my query, I was impertinently told that the manager would tell me the same thing that she is telling me. More recently. on Friday, I was told to phone back the courier service at 1,and there would be feedback(clearly they don’t know how a call back works). I phoned back shortly after one, the consultant that received my call said that Charlotte, the lady I spoke to earlier is handling my query and will contact me. Much to no surprise, I was not contacted. This morning I contacted FNB again, and has the pleasure of speaking to Tinelle, who just like every other consultant at FNB, could not assist me. I’m not even shocked by the level of service that I have received from FNB, but rather frustrated, maybe I’ll receive my card within another 3-5 working days, if FNB decides to deal with my query.
