Unacceptable online service from FNB

th I opened up a savings account for my son and have had several issues with the account , the fica documents were requested and sent many times and they even emailed me saying all is in order on the 9th September 2023 Now the account has been blocked again

I spent 1 hour on the phone trying to resolve the issue and still the issue has not be resolved, this is seriously unacceptable
