UNACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF SERVICE

I have a payment plan where the monies get distributed to you, however an amount has still been debited off of my account and I want a refund. I have called FNB many times today and have spent more than 2 hours being transferred back and forth. This is unacceptable service to me.
