Unacceptable Lack of Care & Missing the Facts

You have:-
o Completely missed the reasons behind why the original request for preventing the payment to GT Options was made on the 01/02-06-2015
o Then the money was credited to the account 2 months later (without notification as to it being a loan, as was advised by 'F' & the branch manager on 03/04-09-2015) on 31-07-2015 which deposit was indicated by cell banking text notification of account activity & no client liaison leading C. Doull to rejoice at the fact that the matter was resolved
o Then you knowingly allow-out of the blue-a debit by the same company to be processed WITHOUT a cell banking text notification of activity on the account or any kind of client liaison on 02-09-2015
o which amounts to you knowingly putting the account into an over overdraft situation
o and follow this up with a cell phone text on the 03-09-2015 requesting immediate correction of the situation causing a full use of the overdraft facility to be instituted to the account holders detriment iro charges
o & institute an electronic telephonic call in the same guise as the cell phone text but on the Telkom line on 04-09-2015
You have all the way through this entire process not communicated ANYTHING
