Unacceptable for a banking institution

I am an owner of Engen garage in the glenwood area, I go to FNB at Davenport as it’s the closest to me, however this branch is by far the worst I’ve every been to.

They always don’t have tellers, every time I sent a staff member or myself we wait for more then a hour just to do a deposit or to get change.

Yesterday I had spoken to the branch manager who also couldn’t answer as who there was only one teller working.

When we enter they give us a slip with a number to wait when it call you go through on this slip has a estimated time, mine said 15 minutes, I have only been seen to in exactly 1 hour after me complaining only did I get seen too.

I personally thing this management or staffing is absolutely terrible and ridiculous.

As an owner of a business it is not good to be out for and hour.

I want to know how is this possible or is it a norm to wait so long for a bank?
