Unacceptable fees

I'm absolutely disgusted by fnb not collecting premiums on time and then collect later and charge you a penalty fee of more than the premium this is totally unacceptable I want a refund I cannot be charged more than 200 on a low premium it's insane ,that money should pay that premium
