Unacceptable feedback

<p>My interest rate has been amended on my cheque account but the credit has still not been done???</p> <p>they debited my account with R28.42 for interest on debit balance, i requested the calculations but no feedback as I’m sure the calculation is wrong!! how can 0.08% interest on R 7,387.00 be R 28.42???</p> <p>Cherelle just does not respond on my mails and i can’t phone either?????????????</p> <p>Please get someone to get this sorted .</p> <p>I don’t see why i should wait any longer as i have given FNB the time they requested to get this sorted and now it is 1 week pass due date and still struggling to get this sorted??????????????????</p>
