Unacceptable Delays and Poor Service from FNB

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from FNB. I called on the 23rd of December to request paid-up letters needed by my debt counselor to clear my debt review status. Despite following up, it is now the 21st of January, and I still have not received the letters. This delay is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I expected better efficiency and communication. Please address this issue urgently
