Unacceptable delayed Service

Good day

I have been waiting close to a month for my solar panels to be covered under my homeowners insurance with FNB. Spoke to a Consultant Sibongile last week, who indicated that their systems are offline for a week due to loadshedding and she is unable to assist me.

This is unacceptable Service.
