FNB’s handling of my bond registration has been nothing short of negligent. The proceed instruction required for registration at the Deeds Office has been delayed without any justification. I have followed up multiple times via the bond attorney, yet no feedback has been provided from FNB. This is causing unnecessary stress and disruption to my property transaction. I demand: 1. A clear and direct explanation for the delay 2. Immediate action to issue the proceed instruction and move the process forward If I do not receive feedback by 17h00 today, I will escalate this matter through formal complaint channels and seek direct intervention. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect urgent resolution.
