Unacceptable deduction form FNB
After my account was in arrears and I told FNB to please give me time to pay the money as at that moment I had no job, FNB handed me over to their attorneys. When I finally got employment I immediately repaid them. I also called the bank and told them that they have to PLEASE close my account. Now, two weeks later I see that they, FNB charged me R14958.72 for attorneys fees plus R532.77 for Monthly fees plus R560.00 for interest. So I am now R160***** in the RED.
This is unacceptable, I asked them to close my account. I will be talking to a lawyer tomorrow and if that does not work I will go to the small claims court and keep on spreading this unfair treatment to whoever will listen.
