Unacceptable customer service

I was instructed by the FNB hOME Loans Department to apply for for a distressed debt application with the FNB QuicFix Department. I filled in the application and sent it through to Yogini Pillay. She called me about half an hour of receiving my application. I am very dissapointed and shocked a Yogini's lack of customer service, tone and lack of knowledge. She basically told me there was nothing she could do to assist me, and I must pay up the arrears immediately, as I have rental income on my property, I explained the situation, but he did not want to take an understanding. I ask her what would be the next step in the process and she said to me she did not know, and I should not take an aggressive tome with her because I am the one who did not pay my account. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told that them manager was nto available and that he/she would say the samething she is saying. I am disgusted with the service from FNB Homeloans, as I have been pro-active in trying to resolve this issue, and I was advised to go through the application.

I expect better service, as I have been an FNB customer for more than 20 years now.
