Unacceptable Charging

I have just received my FNB Platinum Cheque Card statement and couldn't help but notice a charge of R57 for an over draft facility that I did not request. When I phoned to query it, I was told that it was due to my bond going off before my salary had been paid into my account (therefore, putting my account into overdraft). The reason for this was because there was an apparent issue with online banking so my salary, that is usually paid on the last day of every month could only be paid on the 1st.<br> <br> When I explained this, the response I got was \do you have proof of this".
