Unacceptable Behaviour

I just only found out that my account has been frozen since 13 October and today 11November is the first time I am hearing of it.

Apparently a transfer was done into my account from a ********** source and they need to recover the money from me. Why can't fnb recover the money from the source ...why should my account be frozen when I was not aware of the ********** transfer. I was not informed and not monies are held back because someone is being investigated which I am totally unaware of.

This is my account.. My money... Why must I be penalised for someone else.

Us thus how FNB treats clients...
