Unacceptable and not so easy service

I contacted FNB credit card division on the 04 October requesting an increase, after numerous questions I was told it's approved and I should email the required documents which I did, two day later I called to enquire about my request only to be told that the documents were not received, in which this wasn't communicated to me I then resend the documents and called and was told that the documents are in order and that limit will be active on Friday(7 October), 7 days later still no word or anything. What ever happened to the "easy" service they advertise. What happened to keeping clients informed? Non of the consultants who promised to call back have kept their promise. This is by far the worst service. Extremely unhappy customer
