Unacceptable and no regard for small businesses

I had the most horrible experience with business banking. I called on behalf of my mother and asked that they do the verification after which time she could give me authorization to proceed. 5 calls and 24 hours later - I was hung up on, sent from pillar to post and my mom’s issue was not resolved. She unfortunately was unable to make payment to a very key & strategic supplier. What a blow to small business - At this rate, she would have been better off if she kept her cash under the mattress.
