Unacceptable

I have submitted a claim as I was retrenched in December for my credit card which I have cover on for incidents like these. I still havent had feedback and today is the last day of the month . Fnb this is unacceptable, Ive sent all my documents needed for you to process my claim. Its stressful enough going through a retrenchment, and you do not make it easier at all!
